MEDEAS took part in the 20th Anniversary Conference of the Association for Heterodox Economics in Leicester (UK)

The 20th Anniversary Conference of the AHE (Association of Heterodox Economics) was held at De Montfort University, Leicester (UK) between July 5 and 7, 2018. Jaime Nieto from University of Valladolid (UVa), MEDEAS partner, presented the work “Macroeconomic modelling under biophysical constraints: are models overestimating growth?” describing MEDEAS Economy module and relevant implications of economy-related preliminary results. The energy-economy feedback as the keystone contribution within the Economy module was outlined in the ‘Modelling’ session of the conference.
